How do I receive my download after purchase?
After checkout, you'll receive an email from us with your download link. This email is sent to the address you used at checkout.
Important: Some work or corporate email systems (especially Outlook and Gmail for business) may block or filter this message. If you don’t see it:
- Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
- Try using a personal email at checkout for more reliable delivery.
- If you're still stuck, contact us and we'll help you out.
How long does it take to get my download link?
The link is sent within a few minutes of purchase. If it's been longer than 15 minutes and you don’t see anything, check your spam folder or contact us.
What format are the video files in?
All footage is delivered in .MP4 (H.264) format unless otherwise noted.
Can I use this footage for commercial projects?
Yes — just make sure you’ve purchased the right license for your intended use. Check out our Licensing Page for a simple breakdown.
Can I re-download my files later?
Yes. Your email link stays active, but we recommend downloading your files right away and backing them up. If you ever need the link re-sent, just contact us with your order number.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we don’t offer refunds — but if there’s any issue with a file or download, reach out and we’ll make it right.
Can I request a custom town or location?
We’re always filming new towns. Feel free to submit a request via our Contact Page, and we’ll let you know if it’s coming soon or available already.
If you’re looking for something specific or need footage for a project, we also take on contract work. Just reach out with the details, and we’ll see if it’s a fit.
